Hi,

1. did you have:

Code: Select all

            if [ -f $BASEDIR/etc/clamd_enable ]; then
                monitor clamd
            else
                unmonitor clamd
            fi

in /var/log/copfilter/default/opt/monit/etc/init.d/copfilter_monit file, in the part start, checkservice and debug ?

2. Type
pidof clamd
is the result the same as the content of /var/log/copfilter/default/opt/clamav/var/run/clamd.pid ? is the content of this file empty?

regards.

Hi,

All seems OK.
The last possibility i see is an issue with monit file.

Please stop Monit, backup or rename your /var/log/copfilter/opt/monit/default/bin/monit file and replace it with this (it comes from next 2.1.92beta6), and then restart Monit.

Sorry for the late reply but I was very busy the last few days.
I'll try it right with the update to the Beta 6
